Although optically the SL isn't far off a Source4, it's a complete arse to change the lamp.

 

apart from being able to get a decent flat image out of them.

SL's are really not a comparable lamp to a S4.

It's like the difference between Kellogg's and Kwik-Save cornflakes really

I'm firmly in the pacific camp they have a better image than a S$, although I haven't had a go with the new condenser optics on the S4

 

However I'm impressed with the ADB Warp esp it's compactness and its shutters (each one can rotate 360 degrees) and it has really good optics. Pity about the price though
