Strand 300 Show control uphill struggle

You should be able to use a SN100/102 node for this although I admit I have never tried. I would assume that you could go into the Show Setup screen under the MIDI section and set Net Node to the SN102_1 or whatever the nodes name is and it would route it that way.

Well, the immediate solution was found and supplied by Paul R who turned up yesterday with a box made up of DMX in/out and a USB cable to plug into the PC - basically he used a butchered keyboard unit to pick up a DMX relay output to signal the live window with a specific character that can be recognised by the sound software we use.

Looks like it will do the job, though not had chance to try it out yet.
