No, they're even bigger than my monitor!

That takes some doing these days.

I can get the first two on but the third is larger than I can cope with.

(Do like my 21" monitor!)

Photobucket only resizes the images if they are greater than 250k. Other than that, it leaves the attributes as they are.

What you could do is copy the url for the thumbnail image, which is normally th_filename in the same directory as the normal image. You could then link to the normal image, for those who wish to enlarge the image.

The truss was hired from a company in dartford I believe, I will get their details and post them here.

The truss is standing on the floor rather than being suspended. It is all one piece with an arch at the front, square arch (dunno how to describe it) at the back and 2 bars between across the top. It was then scresed into the floor of the stage at the back!

Richard,

I really like the wash you have used in the finale, what colour is that?

It is not worth the trouble, I am still in germany I won´t use to hire stuff in the UK ...

it out of my interest because our own trusswork is very similar to them ...

a nice little school concert I did a couple of weeks ago... I'm quite pleased with the outcome. I've got used to doing a complete rig in my school hall now in <3 hours... and it looked alright. I'm still learning (of course) and there were a couple of flaws in it... but overall it was alright

If any of you know a Mr. George Cooke of Leeds(?) university, english student and sarcasticist(?) extraordinaire... please tell him to get me the photos :)

otherwise, pics to follow shortly (I hope)

Had lots of fun crewing the ICU Summer Ball last friday (of course, when I should have been revising for exams) with DramSoc.

Before the punters arrived

One of the bands playing after dinner, 'Street Regal' I think.

http://img77.photobucket.com/albums/v234/danyoung4839/dramsoc/ball3.jpg

The ball was held in the West Hall of Alexandra Palace. Funky video equipment came from USSU Crew.

10 MAC 2000s above the dance floor, several MAC 250s and 250 Kryptons above the stage, some Stage Scans, 918s and a Pearl 2000. Incidentally, during this event we had a lot of trouble with Set Lighting and Sound - a company who we'd never hired from before, and never will again. Essentially, not enough of the wrong lights arrived on the day, some of which broke. Very kindly bailed out by our good friends at Halo and Essential.

For the soundies amongst you ( ) we used our Martin Audio Wavefront, considerably supplemented by 4 Quake subs from EM Acoustics.
