TomHoward Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 I'm not sure there's any difference in the handling of employees and volunteers between either of the two systems - as far as I am aware we currently we take on employees before their CRB disclosures are returned, but their are additional safeguards in place for that inital period - things like they aren't left one-on-one with pupils, and are escorted when working alone in certain circumstance (although we are escorted in some areas anyway.)
