So nice to see a more creative merge of vid / LX rather than just loads of screens slung at the back as a cyc and moving around. Lighting wise looked excellent , didnt seem OTT at all, dispite the kit!! Im still wow'ed by the Pink Floyd gigs so was a bit biased by the lighting , but in this instance I thought the video and LED work was outstanding. And what a cool idea from Mark Fisher to use the stages as permenant fixtures in a park as a 'bandstand'!! allbeit an f ing great big one!! A bit OTT for a 5 piece jazz band!!!. Prehaps we could have one in Hyde Park or next to the O2.!! Go onto you-tube and look at the time laspe build / show / out. Great quote - '8 days work for a 2 hour concert - mad or what?!'
