musht Posted September 30, 2009 Share Posted September 30, 2009 LED neon is quite deep relatively, look at dims , 26mm about an inch to hide, like anything diffused it dosent throw as much light forward as undiffused. Its meant as a sign making product rather than a cove lighting line. If something that is quite a lot more complex to manufacture is getting quoted for you as less than basic LED tape could do with shopping around a bit more, or it could just be someone has a surplus to dispose of.
