Your other problem is that you have a lot of hard surfaces, and you probably need to think about a bit of acoustic treatment, say on the walls near where drums will go, look in the Studiospares catalogue: lots of different colour panels to match your colour scheme. And carpet the stage too. I'd go for PS10's (flown)/controller/amplifier, which are punchy enough, well controlled dispersion, and you can get them and a controller for a good price second hand. They can also be hung sideways (you just have to turn the flare around) which helps if headroom is limited.
