Ynot Posted May 21, 2011 Author Share Posted May 21, 2011 We once got some cheap bannisters from B&Q like...clicky and chopped the ends off sanded them down and viola. any help?Well after I saw one of these at the timber merchants this afternoon and looking at it quizzically, my friendly timber guy gave me one of those stair rails to try - couple of chops later and a bit of sanding and bingo!Not as long as I was aiming for, but to be honest it'll do the job!And at £1.37 each, a BARGAIN!
