Can to make a "lead" to connect the IEC to DMX - NO

Can you make a "black box" to allow the remote to be replaced by DMX controlled device - YES.

You'll need to work out how the original remote is wired.

AS OTHERS HAVE SAID - BE CAREFUL, THESE CHEAP & CHEERFUL MACHINES USE THE IEC CONNECTOR IN A NON STANDARD WAY. It will NOT be live, neutral, earth!

The easiest method would be to use a DMX relay to bridge the contacts of the push button on the remote hence closing the DMX relay does the same thing as pushing the button. Make sure that the DMX relay contacts are volt-free & rated for mains use, otherwise you'll need to use another relay to get isolation. DO NOT TRY TO INPUT POWER INTO THE IEC SOCKET FROM ANOTHER SOURCE!

You'll loose the ability to see when the machine is 'ready' since you won't have the benefit of the neon on the remote.
