Seriously, we did that late last year and it's incredible how much more bright and vibrant the colours are. We actually had to run the cyc lamps dimmer to reduce the glare!Our old Cyc cloth (white sharks tooth)was approximately 10 year sold, and had yellowed quite a bit. paulears Posted February 10, 2012 Share Posted February 10, 2012 Our cyc is ancient, age isn't really important, and to be honest, if it's a bit yellow all over it doesn't matter. If you want the illumination to be even, then you have to have space for the individual sources to mix - so only distance will do this, as Brian says.
