If the reflector was parabolic and made of aluminium you could call it a .............. :o Part of the problem in doing that is that the LEDs are on a large (compared to a filament) substrate, which also needs a heat sink, and if the LEDs are aimed at the reflector, the substrate and heatsink are in the beam.
