Thanks in advance. I don't think you have much chance of finding one. The LED has been out of production for a couple of years now, unless someone has made a clone of it. As stated above it was a very unusual part only available from one US manufacturer Luminus Devices who has now been bought by a chinese company and now just sells large array LEDs like the bridgelux ones.
