I joined by searching for something tech related on google as well (I think). TBR comes up at the top of google for loads of tech topics!

I thought I found "The Blue Room" by Googling on "Theatre Lighting" but doing so again now does not show TBR on the first two pages and I rarely go further than that.

So either it was a different Goggle search, or was actually a link from a sight I found from my initial Google.

Word of mouth for me, but it pops up all the time when I'm googling for technical stuff .

I ended up here after a really nice technician pointed the way.

 

I wish I could remember his user name, because he and the crew at his theatre were so nice to a very stressed and upset little me, while I was in a horrid tour experience.

 

As for the 'other' category, I know a friend of mine looked it up after reading my t-shirt logo. That probably counts.

(only he's not a technician and I think he thought 'blue'-room had more to do with porn! Imagine his disappointment at finding out my type of porn is a lee filter swatch book.)

I believe, it was either a websearch for something (as I was in the middle of teching drama exams ), or thinking about it, it could have been from a link in Ent Now which I get through the post.

 

Either way, as someone who's practically self taught, the services, attitude and helpful advice that comes through in this forum is extremely helpful!! Thank you!
