EventMan Posted November 23, 2017 Share Posted November 23, 2017 I have just tried PAT testing a few plug-in timers - the sort you plug into a 13 amp socket and then plug your appliance into it. With each one, the result was within range, but the meter ( a Seaward 100) showed that there was either a short or a cross-connection. What's occurring?
