Comprising a 336 seat raked theatre and a smaller multi-use Studio seating up to 130, and gallery; The busy venue hosts a varied mix of professional and amateur events including music,drama, comedy and dance. Events are held almost every night from, ranging loca ldrama groups to national commercial promoters who find the Core Theatre a thriving, successful venue with loyal and supportive audiences. We also run a highly successful pantomime show over Christmas and a programme of day time weekly classes and activities. We are looking for Theatre Technician to support our existing professional team of full and part time staff, to continue to provide the high standards of service expected by all our customers. You will work as part of The Core Theatre Technical Team who provides the technical support at The Core Theatre You will have technical experience of working in a theatrical or venue environment. You will need to be able work on your own initiative and be a good communicator. Evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working is an integral part of the job.
