Followspots with ambidextrous controls

Does anyone know of options for followspots that have controls and handle on the 'wrong' or both sides?
We have a very small space to put a follow spot in, with the spot fairly tight up against a wall at either end of the box, fine on one side for the usual right hand side controls, but not for the other side. Could do with something with options either side or from the rear if anyone knows of anything, any suggestions appreciated.

Currently using 2x S4 with 5deg lenses and a local dimmer, but looking to upgrade a little.

Maybe should be a legal requirement under discrimination law, to protect the 10% left-handed population trying to cope in a right-handed world?

Back when I had a real budget the answer came in the form of a Lycian, plenty of which could be altered to left or right handed operation. They also  make some very compact units but they ain't cheap. Are they still in existence?
