Strand 300 Fader Panels

Hi folks,

I've got an abundence of Strand 300 fader panels that I collected when I was playing with connecting them into a computer to give hands on control of faders in conjunction with Nomad, a project which, although I had a fair degree of success getting them to interface with the computer, ultimately fell by the wayside when OSC faders became a much more flexible way of doing things. As part of the project, I needed a fair old pile of panels to spy on the data packets for reverse engineering reasons, and as such, they've been parked under my desk at home ever since I last touched that project.

Would anyone have any use for them at all? I'm guessing there's enough of an abundence of them floating around not to pass onto any console history corner anywhere, but it seems extremely wasteful to simply deposit them as WEEE...There's not even any sniff of Strand 300 stuff on ebay any more! 😕

PS...Time to check your batteries! 🙃

I have a couple of full 300 setups that I'm donating to the Historic Lighting Collective when I get a visit, and that includes a couple of fader panels.

They may well be interested in adding yours - who knows... 🙂
